Need to return merchandise?
Please follow our Return Procedure:
- Contact us to receive support from our technicians.
- ASTREL will send you a return form that must be filled out in its entirety, excluding Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) that will be assigned by the assistance.
- Once you have completed the form, you can return the material with the transport document to the return address:

- Please note that:
- you must write the RMA# on all boxes addressed and returned to ASTREL. Any merchandise returned without an RMA# will be sent back to its sender.
- you must carefully pack the returned merchandise or you will be held responsible for all damages occurred during transportation.
- Send the merchandise, freight prepaid. Please keep the waybill numbers of your shipment(s) in case the merchandise is lost and tracking is necessary.
