Return Procedure

Need to return merchandise?
Please follow our Return Procedure:

  1. Contact us to receive support from our technicians.
  2. ASTREL will send you a return form that must be filled out in its entirety, excluding Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) that will be assigned by the assistance.
  3. Once you have completed the form, you can return the material with the transport document to the return address:

  4. Please note that:
    • you must write the RMA# on all boxes addressed and returned to ASTREL. Any merchandise returned without an RMA# will be sent back to its sender.
    • you must carefully pack the returned merchandise or you will be held responsible for all damages occurred during transportation.
  1. Send the merchandise, freight prepaid. Please keep the waybill numbers of your shipment(s) in case the merchandise is lost and tracking is necessary.
