- Shipment times
- Orders for products available in stock will be shipped within 48 hours (working days) if the order is received by 12 am. The other orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours from receipt. Your order will be automatically confirmed in our site and the shipment number will be sent to you via email.
- Transport
- Express courier by air or land. The costs are calculated automatically by the system during the order placement.
- Orders for missing codes
- Should your order include codes that are not available in stock, we will inform you when they are available and provide you with a possible alternative replacement code.
- Lost or damaged products (Notifications)
- Our responsibility relative to product shipment terminates when the products are consigned to the courier (including for prepaid shipments).Please check the contents and amounts of each code on the order when the goods arrive. Notify us of any differences within 5 days at most from the date of delivery.
You must keep the packaging so that it can be inspected by the shipper, and failure to do so could entail the claim being refused. The shipments are not insured, however insurance can be requested but the cost is not included and will be calculated according to the value of the goods and will be charged separately.
